Wesley Glazener, MD


Dr. Glazener is a native of Austin. He graduated from Baylor University and completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston. He completed his internship and residency at the same program and served an additional year as Chief Resident.

Dr. Glazener began practice in 1992 in Round Rock. After eight years, he moved to a solo practice in Austin from 2001 to 2014 before joining Austex Pediatrics in 2015. He is a board certified pediatrician and has served in leadership positions in Round Rock and other Austin hospitals. Dr. Glazener is married with 3 adult children. When not in the office, he enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, sailing and live music. Also, don’t forget to ask him about his bees…

Please fill out a records release form to give to your previous provider so that we can get all of your old records.  We are accepting new patients, so call our office to schedule that first visit!

We offer free prenatal visits during the lunch hour. During this visit you can meet the doctor, tour the office and go over any concerns that you have. Please call the office with any questions and to see if you would be a good fit for our practice

Please bring your insurance card, a driver’s license, contact information for both parents and emergency contacts as well as a copy of your child’s shot record.
